The counsellors working at Drugs: Help and Referral respond to multiple demands. They help callers reflect on substance abuse, assess their precise needs, give empathic support in times of distress, evaluate different possible courses of action, and recommend suitable referrals or even connect someone with specialized help in crisis situation or suicidal emergency.
